My journey in to the appraisal industry began in 2019, working alongside my mother, Sabrina Rorick, a General Certified Appraiser at The Efird Corporation. She encouraged me to become a Trainee Appraiser and join her in the field. It was the passion and dedication of my mentors and colleagues that deepened my interest and fueled my commitment to this career.
While working at The Efird Corporation, I completed my required education during the height of the pandemic and officially became a Trainee Appraiser in September 2020. In March 2022, I passed the North Carolina State Exam and earned my license as a Residential Appraiser.
I later founded Rorick Appraisal Service in honor of my mother, who always dreamed of a woman-owned and operated appraisal firm. I truly love what I do and am deeply grateful to the people who have supported me along the way. I’m passionate about inspiring and paving the way for young adults and minorities in the appraisal industry.
A Charlotte native, I’ve lived and worked in many surrounding counties. My deep-rooted knowledge of the area, lasting relationships within the community, and constant thirst for learning all contribute to my success as an appraiser.
